Canadian border guards are said to be keeping a close eye on Neve Campbell, Alan Cumming, Steven Weber and other cast members of "Reefer Madness." Showtime's musical send-up of the infamous 1937 anti-pot film has been shooting in British Columbia, where weed is a popular export. But not all the locals are laughing. Producers lost one location - a church to be used in the background of a scene involving Franklin Delano Roosevelt - because the script was deemed too controversial.
